DUBLIN SATSANG GROUP

All are welcome to join the Dublin Satsang group. We meet in Adamstown, Blackrock, Kilmainham and also near Maynooth, Co. Kildare. Satsangs are held regularly and we are planning to restart our Bhajan Practices in the near future.

Each Friday, at 8:15pm  we host the chanting of the 1000 Names of the Divine Mother (Sri Lalitha Sahasranama) online. We have also hosted nightly chanting of Peace Prayers since the first Covid lockdown in March 2020, Peace Prayers  continue online every evening at 9:30pm.

Social service projects we have organised include: beach and town clean-ups, tree planting and fundraising events such as an annual holistic fair and charity concerts. We are also the main hosts for national Amma Ireland events, sourcing venues, volunteering, helping set up and clear up and cook. We have a few excellent cooks who have provided many delicious meals at our events. We held a pop-up dosa café, which was very popular and will be running again sometime soon!

Sw. Shubamritananda’s annual visits to Dublin are a highlight for us. We have also hosted the homas and pujas  run by Swi. Sandramrita on her visits Dublin each summer and are hoping that these will resume again soon. Each year we run an event for UN International Day of Yoga and helped organise yoga retreats and workshops when Bri. Shobana visited Dublin.
