It has become a tradition that Amma Ireland organises a sponsored Croagh Patrick climb every few years. People inspired by Amma in their lives, connect and take on this physical and mental challenge, that is a tradition in Ireland for many numbers of years.
The next Croagh Patrick climb event is happening on Saturday 24th May. All money raised will proceed to Amma’s charities.

Some hints for an enjoyable climb:
- bring hiking poles if you have them
- good hiking boots with ankle support
- walk some hilly ground in advance
- listen to your body as you climb
